Tarik Djeddour MEng, MBA
Principal consultant
Tarik is a healthcare-focused strategy consultant with expertise in Corporate and Business Strategy, Sales & Marketing, and Insight & Analytics. An engineering & MBA graduate of Imperial College London, Tarik has worked for industry leaders such as Honeywell, McKinsey & Co., Shionogi, as well as boutique consultancies. His 20 years of professional experience is a blend of senior consulting know-how for blue chip clients and hands-on senior executive operational experience across the start-up to incumbent spectrum. Tarik has in-depth experience in areas including but not limited to women’s health, infectious diseases, advanced wound care, mental health, oncology, liver disease, allergy and immunology. Tarik is fluent in English, French, Italian, and is developing fluency in Spanish and Catalan.
Dr Melissa Sarmiento MBBS MRCGP
Medical Director
Melissa is an experienced UK-trained hospital doctor who re-trained as a general practitioner. She consults patients both in traditional face-to-face clinics as well as via app-based telemedicine platforms. She has in-depth expertise of chronic diseases, geriatric medicine, mental health, women’s and men’s health, as well as telemedicine. In her role at Stellaris, Melissa provides therapy area insight as well as playing the role of in-house Voice of the Customer, supplementing and contextualizing primary market research with doctors and patients. Melissa is fluent in English and is developing fluency in Spanish.
